We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive work environment, where employees are empowered to do their very best in order to contribute to the company’s success. We believe in working hard and playing hard, and encourage camaraderie through a variety of activities.
Each month, we get together to share a meal, followed by a brief meeting to recognize employees, celebrate accomplishments, share information, and have a little fun.
Off-site events like our Annual Summer Picnic and Holiday Party provide our team members with a chance to relax and socialize with co-workers away from the job.
Every week during the summer, we fire up the grill outside, and employees gather around the coals to prepare their lunches and enjoy each other’s company.
Employees help give back to the community by participating in the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign, local blood drives, ‘Pink Out’ a bake sale & fundraiser for breast cancer research, and the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce Halloween Spooktacular.
