WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AT PRO-ACTIVE ENGINEERING? As the Production Manager I’ve had the pleasure to work with our dynamic and talented departments throughout the office and plant. We have many work orders moving within the day-to-day activities, and making sure items keep moving to meet our customer’s demands. There are days we have unique challenges, where we all come together to collaboratively work together for end results. The TEAM here at Pro-Active Engineering has taught me so much, and I’m proud to be a part of this business. Always looking forward to learning so much more.

WHAT INITIALLY DREW YOU TO PRO-ACTIVE ENGINEERING, AND HOW HAS YOUR TIME HERE COMPARED TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS? I wanted to get back to a smaller business where they saw you as a person, and not a number. PCBs are the future, and we are growing. Looking at the future of this company is bright, and I’m proud to be a part of this.

WHAT IS A FUN FACT NOT MANY PEOPLE WOULD KNOW? I’ve had a great opportunity to have had horses in my life as my parents have had them for theirs as well. Horses are magnificent, mighty, and yes, they have a mind all their own. Just like people they all have a uniqueness about them. I challenge everyone to get out of their comfort zone and meet/talk with someone new and get to know them. You may have more in common than you think.
