This advanced system allows for non-destructive inspection of electronic components, providing a new level of quality assurance in the production of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). The NIKON XT V 160 features a superior Xi Nanotech X-ray microfocus source, collision-free 5-axis programmable stage, and easy to create automated inspection programs.
